We run plumbing the same way we run every other trade: licensed, permitted, and built so the next guy who opens the wall says "whoever did this knew what they were doing." Our plumbers are on staff. They've been on Forma sites for years. They show up, do clean work, and don't disappear. Most LA plumbing work falls into a handful of buckets. Here's what we run. Whole-home repipes. If your house was built before 1980 and still has galvanized supply lines, the pipes are corroding from the inside. You'll see low pressure, brown water in the morning, and pinhole leaks that keep coming back. We re-pipe the whole house in either PEX-A with manifold distribution (fast, flexible, freeze-resistant) or Type-L copper (longer-lasting, more expensive). For most LA homes, PEX-A is the right answer. 2 to 4 days for most homes. Water's off during work hours, on at night, until the new system is pressure-tested and cut over. Remodel plumbing. Moving a kitchen island, adding a bathroom, running a line to an outdoor kitchen, plumbing in a laundry room or wet bar. We coordinate directly with your architect's drawings and plan the rough-in around the design, not the other way around. Fixture installation. Brizo, Waterworks, Newport Brass, Kohler Stillness, Hansgrohe Axor. Whatever the spec is. We've installed enough high-end fixtures that we know which brands have which quirks (looking at you, certain rough-in plates that fit no standard cutout). Tankless water heaters. Navien, Rinnai, Noritz. We run the gas line, the venting, the recirculation loop, and the controls. Most installs take a day. We pull permits and schedule inspection. Gas lines. Range hookups, outdoor kitchens, fire features, pool heaters. Permitted with LADBS or the local jurisdiction. Pressure-tested before sign-off. Water filtration. Whole-home softeners, under-sink reverse osmosis, point-of-use carbon. We size the system to your incoming water test results, not a generic recommendation. Recent job: 1962 Bel Air home.
