How We Started
Forma Homes was born out of frustration. After years of working in luxury construction across Los Angeles, our founders saw the same story play out again and again: homeowners pouring hundreds of thousands of dollars into renovations, only to be met with missed deadlines, surprise costs, and work that didn't match what was promised. The bar was too low, and nobody seemed interested in raising it.
So we built a company around the idea that luxury remodeling should actually feel luxurious — not just in the finished product, but in the entire experience. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, every client deserves to know exactly what they're paying, exactly when it will be done, and exactly who is responsible for getting it right.
We started with a handful of projects in Beverly Hills and Brentwood. Word spread quickly. Clients told their neighbors, their architects, their designers. Within a year we were working across Pacific Palisades, Bel Air, Malibu, Studio City, and the broader Los Angeles area — handling everything from chef-inspired kitchen remodels and spa-style bathroom renovations to full ground-up rebuilds and fire damage restoration.
