After the devastating Palisades fire, this family turned to Forma Homes to bring their home back from the ground up. We are currently in the foundation phase — installing structural steel columns, laying a dense rebar grid, and pouring a reinforced concrete slab engineered to exceed current seismic and fire-resistance codes. Every beam and tie has been placed with precision, setting the stage for a full custom rebuild.
