Renovation work here lives or dies on accurate drawings and HPOZ-compatible material specs.

Exterior changes route through the preservation board, and even interior remodels benefit from drawing sets that match the original architectural intent. We've done enough HPOZ work to know which corrections plan check will return on the first round and which will clear cleanly.
