Exterior changes route through the preservation board, and even interior remodels benefit from drawing sets that match the original architectural intent. We've done enough HPOZ work to know which corrections plan check will return on the first round and which will clear cleanly.

Most Hancock Park homes were built before 1980. That means galvanized supply lines, undersized electrical panels, original gas runs, and rough-in plumbing that hasn't been touched in decades.
